[xep-support] Does XEP support xsl 2.0?

Hi, Jirka, thanks. I had done that... but did not work. I'm using ant to
define the classpath, and replacing saxon by saxon8, but I still have
errors. I get errors with the function "lower-case" which I supposed
it's from xslt 2.0
