[xep-support] Controlling page breaks in my pdf document

Sorry, I missed a new-line.  Should have read:

You need to put the following in your customization layer, then put 
the PI in your XML source where you want a page-break to appear

<!-- PI to generate a hard page break -->
<!-- to apply a hard page break do
   <?hard-pagebreak?>
in the xml text -->
<xsl:template match="processing-instruction('hard-pagebreak')">
<fo:block break-before='page'/>
</xsl:template>
