[xep-support] Problem with links and page references

After further research, I discovered that the problem with the links and
page numbers is somehow connected with markers which I set up; only those
elements which generate markers (for using on the headers of the pages)
cause the problem; when I removed to markers, the links and page numbers
came out OK. Does this help you to think of a solution?
Thanx
Dovid
