[xep-support] Default Spacing Values

Hello Sajeesh,

SNK> Can you give us the default values for the following xsl-fo properties :

SNK> 1. line-height

By default it is "normal". In XEP it is treated as font-height
multiplied by 1.2 (as recommended by XSL-FO specification).

SNK> 2. letter-spacing
SNK> 3. word-spacing

"normal" that is defined by font, can be adjusted in case of text
alignment/justification.

SNK> 4 Spacing between fo:blocks

There is no default spacing between fo:blocks.
