[xep-support] possible to create a table title that has "continued" at the end after a page/column wrap?

RenderX has an extension to omit initial headers to use for this exact
purpose.  Documentation is in our reference guide
(http://www.renderx.com/reference.html#Omitted_Header) with examples in our
Tips & Tricks section (http://www.renderx.com/usecasestest.html).

The specific example is "Use of rx:table-omit-initial-header parameter".

I also have many other examples of this, just send me a note if you need
more.
