[xep-support] Variable amount of data and different page layout

Hi!

I have many XML with variable amount of data.

1st sample is a single page document: Main header, body, footer.
2nd sample is a double-page document: 1st page: Main header, body; 2nd page: Secondary header, body, footer.
3rd sample is a multi-page document: 1st page: Main header, body; 2nd and other pages: Secondary header, body; Last page: secondary header, body, footer.

Is there a way to create one XSL to generate the proper PDFs?
