[xep-support] XPE 3.8 to 4.3 configuration migration

Is there any documentation on how to migrate a split xep.xml 3.8
configuration into a new 4.3 combined xep.xml.  In particular, our clients
have their fonts broken out into a fonts.xml and we are trying to
determine how to convert this format to the new 4.3 font-family,
font-data, font format.
