[xep-support] RE: DocBook-XEP index and <programlisting> probem

Hi,
I have fixed the index issue by adding the parameter <xsl:param
name="xep.extensions">1</xsl:param>.
Hope that's the right way to do it.

I am still figuring out a way to take care of the <programlisting> tag
within the <table> tag.
