[xep-support] 4.4 Problem with Stamped licensed

Hi,

we are encountering an error when using the stamped license with XEP 4.4:

The SVG file XEP is complaining about does exist in the xep\images directory. 
Moving the SVG file to lib\tools fixes the problem, but it would be nice if 
the file was installed to this directory in the first place.
