[xep-support] ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY

Hello,
 
When I try to create PDF documents with ENABLE_ACCESSIBILITY=true, then
I get a runtime exception and the error-message: XPath cannot be empty.
It is a fatal error.
 
What could be wrong here?
