[xep-support] Support for accessing https links in XEP 3.8

Hi Ronald,

It's not the problem of XEP. Which version of java do you use (you  
can see java version typing "java -version" in command line)?
Java (java.net.URL) supports "https" protocol since version 1.4. If  
you have an older version, try to update it to a newer one.
