[xep-support] merging multiple FO documents into PDF

Hello Krystof,

You can format all documents separately into XEP intermediate format,
combine them into a single document and then render into PDF as a
whole. Our developers kit includes the special sample that demonstrates
this technic - ConcatFormatter.java.
