[xep-support] Customizing cropmarks?

I solved exactly this today morning. Try this:

<?xep-pdf-crop-mark-width 0.5pt?>
<?xep-pdf-crop-offset 24pt?>
<?xep-pdf-bleed 6pt?>

The last PI controls space between intersection of crop marks and the 
real start of rule.
