[xep-support] No registration marks if crop mark is smaller than 0.3"

Hi,

I try to use the "PDF Prepress Support" with XEP 4.4
I use a crop distance of 0.2". Registration marks are not displayed if the
crop distance is smaller than 0.3". Can you supply a registration.svg which
works for smaller crop borders?
