If you're using XEP 4, simply specify "-ps" as an option:

java -Xmx512M -cp "%YOUR_CLASS_PATH%" com.renderx.xep.XSLDriver 
-DCONFIG="xep.xml" -quiet  -fo myfile.fo -ps
