Yes, you are correct, I should have provided a more complete example. I 
was trying to capture what appears to be a bug before I left for the day 
at the end of a long week.

One problem is that almost all the documents I work with cannot be 
revealed, so reporting an error like this requires me to spend 
significant time developing a generic test case that I can then submit 
as a bug report.

I guess I was hoping that I had provided enough information to enable 
analysis of the possible bug.

I will endevor to develop test cases that demonstrate the problem I'm 
seeing.
