[xep-support] XEP-4.1 with Cocoon 2.0.4?

Answering to myself:
Merging XEPSerializer.java (XEP 3.7 Cocoon serializer class) and 
Serializer.java (XEP 4.1 Cocoon serializer class) worked. This is ok now.
If someone needs this serializer class, just let me know.
