[xep-support] Timeframe for FO 1.1 Support?

Fair enough. Like I said, if you need beta testing I'm happy to help. 
I'm trying to create realistic samples of new 1.1 features as part of my 
participation in the FO subgroup, which means I have test cases that 
reflect what I think my typical clients will need and want out of 1.1 
features.
