[xep-support] Timeframe for FO 1.1 Support?

We are working really hard on it, but right now we can't specify an
exact release date for XEP with complete XSL-FO 1.1 support.

We already have several features of XSL-FO 1.1 implemented, and we
expect to add support for more features in the subsequent releases.
