[xep-support] Document security not working

Hi

I'm trying to add some security in my pdf document.
I added the following line in my xsl file before the <fo:root>

<?xep-pdf-ownerpassword toto ?>
<?xep-pdf-userpassword toto ?>
<?xep-pdf-userprivileges print annotate ?>

I run XEP4.2 and i obtain a pdf without security. Why? 
Does anyone cant't help me?
