[xep-support] 3.8 to 4.2 (problem with external graphics)

changing from 3.8 to 4.2 i got problems with external graphics. even
with correct url it's not working. i've read the documents on the devkit
but didn't understand how to use the content handler. without graphics
the rendering is working fine just using the example code on page 14 of
the applications.

[warning] Null system ID: relative URLs may behave badly

rendering failed: attribute 'image-base-url' is required but missing

please help
