[xep-support] initial-page-number="1" causing blank page at the end

Hi all,
we have an XML doc with a number of chapters. Each chapter must begin with
a page number of 1. To do this, we use:
<fo:page-sequence master-reference="main" initial-page-number="1">

However, the usage of initial-page-number seems to be causing a blank page
to appear at the end of each chapter, except the last one. If i remove the
initial-page-number, like so:
<fo:page-sequence master-reference="main">
the blank pages at the end of each chapter disappear.

Does anybody have any ideas?

I'm using XEP374.

Any help appreciated.
