[xep-support] Vertical text in SVG

Hi Alexei,

Here are Staaf.xsl and StaafGraph.xsl.
The latter containing the SVG, is being called by Staaf.xsl with some parameters.

Hi,

We use XEP 4.1.

We have a SVG of a graph with vertical text along the y-axis.
If we use this in a XSLFO and render it with XEP to PDF, the text shows
horizontal.

I read in the XEP 4.0 Reference for Java, that glyph-orientation-vertical is
not supported, therefor I suppose it is not supported in 4.1 as well.
I am pretty new to XSLFO, can I presume this is the cause?
