[xep-support] numbers in Arabic

In October 2004 there was a discussion on this list about support for page
numbers in Arabic (which are different from what people refer to as Arabic
numerals).   David Tolpin replied: "RenderX is going to do this in the
normal way by the next release;".  But I don't find any mention of it in the
4.4 documentation.  Is this feature available?
