[xep-support] drop unused destinations ??

Hi again,

by processing my fo to pdf, I get the following:

[..]
(generate [output-format pdf]
{?Unrecognized PDF option DROP_UNUSED_DESTINATIONS: setting ignored}
[..]

which surprises me, as I thought that this was supported (according
to section 4.6 of http://www.renderx.com/reference.html) ? Or is this
version-related ? (I currently use xep 3.84 academic)
