[xep-support] Question about rendering character references

Thanks, Ken. I've only been looking at sections 4.x and 6.x of the spec,
and in there, it isn't obvious that you can assign the font-family attribute
(or virtually any others) at fo:root, fo:flow, etc. After reading 7.8.2, I
see where it says "Applies to: all elements", and that section 6.5.2
(fo:block), for example, states "The following properties *apply* to this
formatting object", which I was reading as "The following properties *can be
assigned* to this formatting object". Since the generic "Common Font
Properties" statement wasn't listed on fo:root, I had assumed that it
couldn't be assigned there. I'll have to take a look at the rest of my code
and see where else I can move inheritable attributes up the chain.

Thanks again!
-Todd
