[xep-support] GB2312 encoded fonts

Can anyone please tell me if there will there be issues using GB2312 
encoded fonts with XEP.

Our documents are utf-8 encoded.
We are running oXygen 5.1 with XEP 3.8.4 on both Mac and PC platforms.
