[xep-support] ActiXEP won't start

Launch ActiXEP from command prompt: ActiXEP.exe 2>error.log. 

After termination error.log will contain the stack trace.

- XEP assistant runs fine.

 

How do I get a stack trace?

Please provide the stack trace of exception.

Which version of XEPWin do you use (1.0 or 1.1)? Can you start XEP
Assistant?

Hi,

 

I've just installed the trialversion of XEPWin.

When starting ActiXEP the following error occurs:

ActiXEP.exe - Common Language Runtime Debugging Services

---------------------------

Application has generated an exception that could not be handled.

 

Process id=0xad0 (2768), Thread id=0x1590 (5520).

 

Click OK to terminate the application.

Click CANCEL to debug the application.

---------------------------

OK   Cancel   

---------------------------

 

The process id is the ActiXep.exe process id.

 

I'm running:

-  Windows XP SP2

-   XEP 4.1

-  Java 1.5.0_02-b09

-  .NET 1.1 framework.

 

The same error occurs on  another machine having the same setup.

 

 

Any ideas?
