I can't seem to find the right way to set up a Chapter based page
sequence.

 

Can anyone give me some advice?

 

I can get XEP to start a new page sequence with a specially formatted
page on the first page of the document, but not the first page of each
chapter.

 

Each chapter is designated by a <record> tag - so it shouldn't be that
hard, but I can't find the right advice on the general XSLT or FO
discussion groups anywhere.

 

Can anyone help?
