[xep-support] Linking to image

I get the following error when I use the formatter to insert an image:

Exception:Failed to create image C:\Program Files\RenderX\XEP.NET 3.8\tmp\cache0\0.tmp of type image/pjpeg; MIME type 'image/pjpeg'
is not registered.

The .Fo document looks like this:

<fo:external-graphic space-before.optimum="4pt" space-after.optimum="4pt"
src="url('http://webservice.oxygenekatalog.dk/getpic.aspx?ImgSize=3&amp;ImgID=6817')"/>

Go ahead and try the 

http://webservice.oxygenekatalog.dk/getpic.aspx?ImgSize=3&ImgID=6817	

link – it works fine in my browser. Antennahouse XSL-Formatter does not generate this problem – how can I work around with the XEP?
