[xep-support] Use of XEP License.

I have some concern about the XEP-Licence.

Situation:

The PDF generator source is in our infrastructure source code.
This infrastructure source code is package with each application.
Each application is in a EAR.
We have a lot of weblogic instance on the same UNIX computer.

Can I package the same license in each EAR of this computer?
Can I put the same license key in a classpath directory (external resources for our EAR) for each weblogic instance on the same UNIX computer?
