[xep-support] Modifying "Hyphenation patterns configuration file and base directory"

We expect to be adding many hyphenation exceptions to our .tex files. 
Therefore I would like to store them centrally so that each system 
running xep is automatically configured to use the most current ones. 
Would this be correct?
