There is a separate product branch, XEP.NET:

http://xep.xattic.com/xep/platforms/platforms.html#xepdotnet.

It is a J# port of XEP, with the same features and formats
as the Java version. It consists of manageable code only,
thus freeing you from interop troubles :-).
