[xep-support] XEP 3.7.8: SVG namespace in instream-foreign-object

Dear,

When the SVG namespace is declared as the default namespace on an svg
element within an instream-foreign-object element I get a parsing error.
With a prefix it works. This doesn't seem normal to me.
