[xep-support] XEP & XMLSpy 2004

Hello Mark,

We haven't tested this connector with XMLSpy Professional 2004.
However connector was useful only for older version of XMLSpy run under
Windows 98/Me. If you use more up-to-date OS then integration should
be straightforward: XMLSpy comes with pre-configured fop.bat for XSL-FO
processing - just re-configure XMLSpy to use xep.bat instead.
