[xep-support] z-index not supportet

Hallo!

i have the following problem:

I declared a pagemaster with some static-content. I want to overlay some
pictures over this static content. By overlaying a picture the static
content allways shines through. But i don´t wont to see any static content
in this special case. Overlaying a flow element is no problem.

In HTML i would define an z-index and everything is fine but in xep z-index
is not supportet.

Can anyone help?
