[xep-support] include external resources (pdf?)

Hello Maximilian,

XEP allows you to use PDFs as any other pictures. You can insert
previously generated PDF page in the XSL-FO using fo:external-graphic
element. Please refer to http://xep.xattic.com/xep/doc/spec.html#PDF
