[xep-support] XEP.NET Performance

Hello,

Mr. Kevin Brown told me that the Java version of XEP is about 40-80% faster
than the .NET version. However, I'm bound to the .NET platform and therefore
using the Java version is not an option.

As your website tells me the .NET version of XEP is relatively new. Can I
expect performance improvements in next versions of XEP.NET? Are you
currently working on this issue?
