[xep-support] Line numbering

Hello,

mpmc> I am new to XEP and was wondering whether it is possible/easy to add
mpmc> line numbering to specified paragraphs.

I'd also appreciate such feature. Unfortunately, there's nothing like that
in XSL:FO AFAIK. The only way I found is to number lines 'manually'.
If there really is no feature for this I join this feature request.
