[xep-support] outside float besides before float

Hello,

is it possible to have an outside float that appears besides a before
float?

I want to place images into before floats and the label next to it as
a margin note.

Using
<fo:float float="before"> ... </fo:float>
<fo:float float="outside"> ... </fo:float>

places the outside float in the margin area of the current text flow.

Any hints are welcome!
