[xep-support] Lines in tables that break over pages

Hello,

I have some large tables that break over pages. In my case the tables have
must have a rowseparator. I generate the row separator with
border-bottom-width, border-bottom-style etc. inside a fo:table-cell.

My problem is that when a table breaks over a page the last row on the
previous page gets a line but I cant get a horizontal line above the first
row on the next page. 

Can someone out there provide some clue how to implement this? Thanks,
