[xep-support] svg error in 3.82

Hi,

Instream SVG objects in markers work fine in 3.77 but generate the following
error in 3.82:

      [error] Error while opening element block:
com.renderx.xep.pre.CompilerException: invalid element id: 20
    )
    [error] Error while opening element block:
com.renderx.xep.pre.CompilerException: invalid element id: 20
error: formatting failed: java.lang.NullPointerException

Is this a bug?
