[xep-support] variable page size

Hello Laurent,

Surely flow content can't affect page size in XSL-FO. However I was
talking about use of XSLT preprocessing in order to pre-define page
size somehow. If you describe your use case/workflow in more details
I'll try to make more specific suggestions.

Best regards,

LFma> I don't think this can be done with XSL-FO. :-(

LFma> Hello Laurent,

LFma> I'm not quite sure I understood your requirements fully.

LFma> The size of the page can be specified explicitly at
LFma> fo:simple-page-master element using page-width/page-height properties.
LFma> If you know your advertisement size beforehand you can generate
LFma> appropriate XSL-FO using XSLT stylesheet which, for example, takes
LFma> advertisement size as a parameter.

LFma> Hope this helps.
