[xep-support] Borders on table rows

I second a request for border-collapse.  I had to write all kinds of
code to work around not having support for that.

I'd like to add a request for full support of border-collapse; I came
across
this earlier this week and was wondering why it didn't seem to be
working.
Any chance in the near future?
