[xep-support] Saxon 8 & XSLT2

Hello Geurt,

I have never used Saxon 8 myself, but it supports JAXP so you should
be able to use it as any other JAXP-aware XSLT engine - that is
without any problems :-) Just add appropriate jar to the beginning of
the XEP classpath.
