[xep-support] Setting the format="١" fo:page-sequence doesn't work

Hi,

I want to set indic numbers for displaying page numbers in my Arabic
language documents, by setting format="١" in the fo:page-sequence
element. But it doesn't work and displays the default english numbers.

Is there anything I am missing or it is not supported?
