[xep-support] link placement in pdf output

Don't you think removing the RenderX logo/link:
  (a) breaks your licensing terms and
  (b) is rather rude and dishonest?

Why not pony up for the non-logoed version?  It's pretty damn cheap 
compared to other long-document publishing tools like FrameMaker and 
Ventura.
