AW: [xep-support] Hyphenation exception list

Hello Andi,

Please make sure that hyphenation is turned on in your document (it is
off by default). Have you set 'language' attribute in your XSL-FO
document? Together with hyphenation configuration specified in
etc/hyphens.xml it tells XEP what hyphenation table to use.
In case some characters in your text are outside of ISO-8859-1
encoding you may need a special codelist that specifies mapping from
8-bit encoding used by TeX pattern file to Unicode.
Please refer to section 6. "Configuring Hyphenation Patterns" of "XEP
User Guide": http://xep.xattic.com/xep/doc/userguide.html#Configuring_Hyphenation

GA> Hello Alexander,

GA> thank you for your quick response.
GA> I tried to add the following at the end of dehyph_rx.tex:

GA> \hyphenation{
GA> be-triebs-ein-schraenk-ung
GA> be-triebs-ein-schraenk-ung-en}
GA> \endinput

GA> Unfortunately hyphenation fails!
GA> The exception is being ignored!
GA> Is there anything I missed?

GA> Thanks in advance!
GA> Best regards

GA> Hello Andi,

GA> You can edit hyphenation tables used by XEP in order to achieve
GA> desired behavior. These tables located in 'hyphen' subdirectory.
GA> In order to prevent/change hyphenation of certain words you can modify
GA> list of exception words (it is normally located at the end of the file
GA> after \hyphenation token) in the target hyphenation file.
