[xep-support] Emulating an inline table

I would like to emulate an inline table that could be mixed in the midst of a text paragraph.

Pseudo-code example :

<fo:block>
Mandate for
<inlinetable><tr><td><fo:leader/></td></tr><tr><td>(name of person)</td></tr>, a registered doctor.</fo:block>

Should produce something like :

Mandate for  __________________ , a registered doctor.
              (name of person)
