[xep-support] "Table Continued" Extension

Hello,

I am wondering if you plan to implement some extension for XEP that allows to render "continued on next page ... " style messages, for example for tables spanning more than one page (Similar to FOP's <fox:continued-label/> http://xml.apache.org/fop/extensions.html)?
